Other than where the parties have entered into a duly executed and applicable written purchase agreement, these terms and conditions (“Conditions”) govern the purchase of Goods and/or Services by the Buyer (as defined below) and may only be varied with the prior written agreement of the Buyer. The Buyer reserves the right to modify, amend, edit, alter, change and update the Conditions from time to time. The latest version of the Conditions in force at www.renishaw.com/purchase-conditions at the time of the applicable Order will apply to the transaction and you should print or save a copy of those Conditions for future reference.
