All Consortium of Florida Education Foundations (Consortium) employees are responsible for safeguarding sensitive Consortium information. The nature of our business and the economic well-being of the Foundation depend on protecting and maintaining proprietary information. Continued employment with the Consortium is contingent upon compliance with this policy. “Sensitive company information” or “confidential business information” is defined as information securely maintained by the Consortium relating to products, processes, know-how, customers, members, vendors, designs, marketing data, accounting, financial information, sponsorships, salary information, business plans and strategies, marketing research and strategies, negotiations and contracts, donor lists, pending projects and proposals. Unless otherwise identified by management, employees must assume that all such information is confidential.
