This First Amendment to Agreement For Vendor Services is made this day of February, 2020, between the John Creek Convention and Visitors Bureau (“JCCVB”) and Urban Catalyst Lab, Inc. (“UCL”) to amend that certain Agreement for Vendor Services dated June 10, 2019 by and between the JCCVB and UCL (“the Agreement), in regards to the Gateway Marker project shown and described in Schedule A of the Agreement (“the “Gateway Marker” or “the Project”) and as described by the Exhibit “A” attached hereto. The JCCVB and UCL are hereby defined as “the Parties”.
