You must not apply for, accept, or use a DigiCert-issued Email Certificate or any Service provided by DigiCert before reading and accepting the terms of this Subscriber Agreement and reading and understanding the DigiCert Certificate Policy and Certification Practice Statement (CP/CPS) located at http://www.digicert.com/ssl-cps-repository.htm. In any event you will be deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement and the CP/CPS if you in any way use a DigiCert-issued Email Certificate.
