Academy”) located at 2155 Fenton Street, Columbus, Ohio (the “Premises”) for the 2017-2018 Academic Year and/or 2017 Summer Camp (the building located on the Premises shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Building”). This Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) details the binding agreement between Bridgeway Academy and the undersigned with regard to enrollment, payment, and other responsibilities. Enrollment and re-enrollment are conditioned upon the following terms hereof:
