THIS SUBLEASE (this “Agreement”) dated as of May 1, 2013, (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Pittsburg, a municipal corporation (“City”) and M.A.D. Skills LLC, a California Limited Liability Corporation (“Sublessee”) (collectively hereinafter, “Sublessee”)doing business as Sassy Sweets & Eats City and Sublessee are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties”.
