THIS USE AND MAINTENANCE EASEMENT (this “Easement”) is made and entered into effective December , 2019 (the “Effective Date”), between the CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA, a municipal corporation and home rule charter city (the “City” or “Grantor”) and PROJECT PAUL, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Developer” or “Grantee”), and which, collectively are hereinafter referred to as “Parties”.
