This Employment Agreement (“Employment Agreement” or “Agreement”) shall be effective as of April 1, 2024 (“Effective Date”) between the Board of Trustees of Northern Illinois University (“University” or “NIU”) and Dr. Laurie Elish-Piper (“Employee”). The University and the Employee may hereinafter be individually referred to as a “Party” or collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
