These Website/Mobile Application Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) are a legal agreement between you and Kuulio, LLC, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and parents (collectively, “Auction Provider”) applicable to your use of the Auction Provider’s website (AmericanHomeAuctions.com) (the “Website”) and/or by your downloading of the Auction Provider mobile application (the “Application”, and together with the Website, the “System”). By accessing the Website or downloading the Application, and any of their related services and tools, or any of their affiliated websites and applications, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you may not use System or register with Auction Provider.
