The following Master Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement (“T&C’s” or “Agreement”) provides additional provisions for each Product Order Form (“Product Order Form”) and Master License Agreement entered into at any time between [SIS Vendor], LLC (“ [SIS Vendor]”) and School Board of Orange County identified below (“District”). [SIS Vendor] and District are individually referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
