This Interconnection Agreement (the “Agreement”), is being entered into by and between Michigan Bell Telephone Company1 d/b/a SBC Michigan (“SBC Michigan”), and Drenthe Telephone Company d/b/a Drenthe Telephone & Communications (“CLEC”), (each a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”), pursuant to Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (“the Act”).
