MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Contract” or “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the Effective Date (as defined herein) by and between the CITY OF WINTER PARK, a Florida municipal corporation, whose address is 401 South Park Avenue, Winter Park, Florida 32789 (hereinafter referred to as “CITY” or “CLIENT”), FROG AND THE PEACOCK, LLC, whose address is 114-D South Park Avenue, Winter Park, Florida 32789 (hereinafter referred to as “CONSULTANT”). CITY and CONSULTANT are collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
