This Subscription License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Neovest, Inc., for itself and its affiliates ("Licensor"), and the above-signed subscriber ("Subscriber") (collectively "parties"). In consideration of the mutual agreements set forth herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
