(“Ragland”), its subsidiaries and affiliates, any other person or entity doing business as Ragland or Ragland Long Distance, and any agents of the aforementioned entities, including any billing agents (“Ragland”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), provide telecommunications, information and other services (“Service” or “Services”) and any related Equipment to you (“You” or “Your”) and constitutes the Agreement between you and Ragland. By applying for, subscribing to, using, or paying for the Ragland services described below, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement, and that you agree to be bound by the charges, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
