This Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Thornton (“City”), Adams 12 Five Star Schools (“District 12”), School District 27J (“District 27J”), Stargate Charter School (“Stargate”), and the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office (“District Attorney”). Each may be referred to herein individually as “Party” or collectively the “Parties.” District 12, District 27J, and Stargate may be referred to herein collectively as the “Schools.”
