This Interlocal Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by the City of Euless (“Euless”), acting by and through its governing body, and the City of Bedford (“Bedford”), acting by and through its governing body (hereinafter sometimes referred to separately as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”). This Agreement is made in accordance with the terms of the Texas Interlocal Cooperation Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 791.
