This Settlement Agreement (or “Agreement”) is entered into as of July , 2015, by the Radio Music License Committee, Inc. (“RMLC”), and SESAC, Inc., SESAC, LLC, and SESAC Holdings, Inc. (together, “SESAC”) (collectively, the RMLC and SESAC are the “Parties”).
