This Amended Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiff Maria Portillo Hernandez (“Plaintiff”) and defendant ERMC Aviation, LLC (“Defendant”) and replaces the original Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement executed by Plaintiff and Defendant on February 13, 2023 (the “Original Settlement Agreement”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiff and Defendant collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
