In consideration of the undersigned’s being permitted to participate and exhibit at the Copake Hillsdale Farmers Market, operated by CHFM Inc., (hereforth referred to as CHFM) to be held every Saturday between May 21st and November 19th, 2022 at the Roeliff Jansen Park , without furnished proof of required insurance, the undersigned does hereby release the following entities, their agents, employees and other participating exhibitors at CHFM from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims or demands, including any and all claims for damages and personal injuries sustained by the undersigned, his/her agents and employees: Town of Hillsdale, Town of Copake, and the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation.
