This Sales Agent Agreement Contract is a type of agreement by which a Party A entrusts the sale (exclusive or non-exclusive) of products and services to Party B (the agent) in exchange for clients and fees which are established solely as a percentage of the number of sales made. The Party A (agent) carries out its activity in accordance with the sale conditions established by the Party B, and is not entitled to negotiate or sign agreements with buyers on the company's behalf. This Contract is used for one-off or sporadic sales in which there is a continuous relationship between the Party A and Party B (the Agent).
