The Tubac Presidio accepts on consignment, the artwork listed on “Schedule “A” attached to this agreement. Additional lists may be incorporated into this agreement if signed by both parties. The Tubac Presidio shall sell the artwork only at the retail price specified in Schedule “A” of this agreement. Both parties must agree to any change to the retail price or the commission schedule.
