COUNTY and CONTRACTOR may sometimes be referred to herein individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.” This Contract shall be administered by the Director of the COUNTY’s Health Care Agency County Executive Office or an authorized designee (“ADMINISTRATOR”).
