The General Land Office (the “GLO”) and Ernst & Young LLP and its affiliate, Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Texas Identification Number (TIN) 13465655960 (“Provider”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” enter into the following contract for professional risk-assessment and audit services (the “Contract”) pursuant to Chapter 2254 of the Texas Government Code, in conjunction with 2 C.F.R.
