(hereinafter: "PACCOR Polska" with its registered office in Siemianowice Śląskie, ul. Budowlana 6, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register, under the KRS number 0000016602, NIP 5490022619, REGON 070442918, with an initial capital of PLN 105,557,000.00, acts as a seller, supplier or entity obliged to provide similar services to a Client being an entrepreneur.
