SAP and Customer have entered into an Order Form for the purchase of certain SAP products and services, pursuant to which Customer is purchasing subscription(s) to certain Ariba Cloud Services. This Supplement, and any modifications to the Agreement made herein, apply solely to the Ariba Cloud Service(s) indicated by name below when Customer subscribes to that particular Ariba Cloud Service and not to any other SAP Cloud Service.
