THIS CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), effective as of July 1, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), is between Pioneer Central School District, a Public Benefit Corporation with offices at 12145 Countyline Rd, Yorkshire, NY 14173 (“Client”), and Lawley Benefits Group, LLC, a New York limited liability company with offices at 361 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14202 (“Consultant”).
