By signing up to be an Affiliate in the pkmn.gg Affiliate Program, You are agreeing to be bound by the following terms. These pkmn.gg Affiliate Program Terms ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between pkmn.gg Inc. ("pkmn.gg”, “we" or "us") and You ("Affiliate" or "You"). This Agreement governs Your participation in the pkmn.gg Affiliate Program. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT CONTINUE WITH THE SIGNUP PROCESS OR FURTHER PARTICIPATE IN THE PKMN.GG AFFILIATE PROGRAM.
