Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, NORTHLEAF, insofar as it has the right to do so, grants to the Road User, its successors, employees, agents, servants, contractors and sub-contractors, a non-exclusive license to use the Sierra Yoyo Desan Road and bridges, including, without limitation the bridge over the Fort Nelson River (the “Road”) during restricted travel periods, as defined in, and for the purpose described in Schedule “A” – Purpose
