These terms and conditions shall apply to all purchase orders made by Tampa Armature Works, Inc. a Florida corporation, and its subsidiaries, parents, and affiliates (collectively, the “Company”). These terms and conditions, together with any cover page, order form, schedules and/or exhibits are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Agreement”). The seller or supplier under the Agreement is hereinafter referred to as “Supplier”).
