INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT REQUEST FORM FOR PRIVATE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT WATER QUALITY TREATMENTInspection and Maintenance Agreement • June 9th, 2008
Purpose: Maintenance of all storm water quality devices shall require a formal Inspection and Maintenance Agreement (hereinafter "IMA") between the City of Bowling Green and property owner. The IMA shall be recorded in the Warren County Court Clerk's office prior to final plan approval. As part of the IMA, operation and maintenance shall be required sufficient to maintain proper function and water quality at the discharge point. The IMA shall also include requirements for periodic inspection to ensure proper performance of the facility between clean-outs. The property owner shall be required to pay a fifty dollar ($50.00) fee to cover the City's administrative expenses including the cost of the filing of the IMA. This Request Form allows the Owner(s) to begin the process of filing an IMA with the City of Bowling Green. This Request Form does not constitute an Agreement between the Owner(s) and the City of Bowling Green.
