THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is effective as of the date of the last signature set forth below (the “Effective Date”) by and between Aery Aviation having an office at 305 Cherokee Dr, Newport News, VA 23602 (hereinafter referred to as "Customer”) and Talentscale, Inc., a Nevada Corporation, having an office at 1350 E Flamingo Rd Ste 734, Las Vegas, NV 89119 (hereinafter referred to as “TS”). Customer and TS may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
