XFINITY COMMUNITIES SERVICE AGREEMENTService Order Customer Information CustomerName: Village At Montreux Owners Association Property Address 1: 5000 NW Village Park Drive Property Name: Village At MontreuxCondominiums Address 2: Number ofUnits: 100 City, State, Zip: Issaquah, WA 98027 Agreement Term This Agreement begins on 12/16/2019 (“Effective Date”) and shall remain in effect for a term of 10 years from 12/16/2019 (the “Initial Term”). This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive periods of 60 Days (each, a “Renewal Term”), unless either party provides the other with a minimum of 60 days’ notice of its intention not to renew at the end of the then-current term. The InitialTerm and each Renewal Term may be collectively referred to herein as the “Term.” Wiring Company has exclusive use of the home run wiring and non-exclusive use of the home wiring.
