The parties to this Agreement (each a “Party” and collectively “Parties”) wish to explore the possibility of entering into a certain business transaction related to the Parties' evaluation of Fins Car Wash (“Proposed Transaction”). In the course of discussing the possibility of entering into the Proposed Transaction, the Parties may provide confidential and/or proprietary information to each other. The Parties have agreed to receive such information on a confidential basis and to use it only as provided for in this Agreement.
