Please note that the following Terms and Conditions represent an agreement between Whitechapel Gallery Ventures Limited and your company specified in this letter of agreement (hereinafter ‘the Agreement’). Throughout this Agreement, any references to the rights and obligations relating to "us/we/our/Gallery/Licensor" shall be deemed to be a reference to the rights and obligations of Whitechapel Gallery Ventures Limited and any references to "you/your/Hirer/ Licensee" will be deemed to be a reference to the hirer.
