(“Devolutions”, “us”, “we”, “our”) and the person or Organization (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) purchasing or acquiring a License to use a Software. If you purchase or acquire a Software License on behalf of your Organization, you hereby represent that you are duly authorized to bind your organization to the present terms and conditions.
