These terms and conditions are binding between Meunier Technologies Inc., hereafter referred to as the "Seller", and the customer ("Customer") for the sale of the DICETM products and solutions ("Product") by Meunier Technologies Inc. The Seller and the Customer hereby agree to the terms of sale of the Product as well as the applicable limited Warranty ("Warranty").
