THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is entered into as of the July 19, 2019 (the "Effective Date"), between Host Compliance LLC, ("Host Compliance") and Glynn County, Georgia, with an address at 1725 Reynolds Street, Brunswick, GA 31520 (the "Customer"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Host Compliance agrees to provide Ordinance Consulting and Facilitation Services (the "Services") to Customer.
