The following common terms and conditions apply to all Language Testing and Examiner Training (e.g. Initial / Recurrent Rater Training) contracts between test-takers/trainees and LevelUp Testing GmbH, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Austria (hereinafter called "LTB"), offering language tesing services and language examiner training services. All training/testing is supervised and quality-assured by the approved Austrian Language Testing Body LTB-106.
