This announcement is made voluntarily by Gameone Holdings Limited (the “Company”) and does not constitute a transaction discloseable under Chapters 19 and 20 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM (the “GEM Listing Rules”) of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”). The Company (together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is pleased to announce that Gameone Group Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, “Gameone HK”) has entered into an exclusive agency agreement with Beijing Crazy Sports Management Company Limited* (北京瘋狂體育產業管理有限公司) (“Crazy Sports”) (under V1 Group Limited (Stock Code: 82)), and Shanghai Stararray Information Technology Co., Ltd.* (上海陣星信息科技有限公司) (“Shanghai Stararray”) in March 2021, to obtain the operational right of a mobile game named “ACE SOCCER（球場風雲）” in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
