Distance Learning Agreement I, request that my student, to participate in distance learning instruction which will apply toward attendance The following agreement must be signed and returned to the school office of which your student is enrolled. Please note that once the agreement has been signed and accepted, returning to the school building for instruction will not be allowed until the next 9 weeks grading period. Application for distance learning must be submitted prior to each 9 weeks grading period. We will not permit students to go between distance learning and face-to face instruction within a 9 weeks grading period.
