This Data Processing Agreement (the “DPA”) constitutes an integral part of all agreements between Customer (as defined in the Master Subscription Agreement or otherwise identified on the signature block below) and Jasper AI, Inc. (the “Processor” or “Jasper”) a Delaware corporation with offices at 3001 Bee Caves Road, Suite 100 B, Rollingwood, Texas 78746, including the Master Subscription Agreement or under any services agreement or similar agreement (collectively “Agreement”), and reflects the Parties’ agreement with respect to the Processing of Controller Data.
