THIS MASTER SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) made and entered into on this the day of January, 2015 (“Effective Date”), by and between JUNYO, INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION (“JUNYO”) and THE HUNTSVILLE CITY BOARD OF EDUCATION, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF ALABAMA (“HCS”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
