This TOM License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal, binding contract by and between Tikkun Olam Makers, an initiative of The Reut Group – From Vision To Reality (R.A.), an Israeli entity with a place of business at HaPelech St 7, Tel Aviv-Yafo, 6816727, Israel ("TOM", "we", "us" and "our"), and the individual or entity listed in the Registration Form ("you" or "Licensee"), and is effective as of the date that Licensee receives written notice by TOM approving of Licensee’s Registration Form (the "Effective Date"). The parties herein may be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
