THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the County of Lancaster, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as the “County,” and Rural Water District No. 1, Lancaster County, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as “RWD1.” Collectively the County, and RWD1 may be referred to as “the Parties,” and individually each may be referred to as a “Party.”
