This Design Professional Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of 2022, by and between PARK CITY MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, a Utah municipal corporation, (“City”), and AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC., a California corporation, (“Design Professional”), collectively, the City and the Design Professional are referred to as (the “Parties).”
