This work order contract is between the State of Minnesota, acting through Wright County, 10 2nd St NW, Buffalo, MN 55313 ("County") and On-Demand Services Group, Inc., 2604 Lyndale Ave S, Suite 200, Minneapolis, MN 55408 ("Contractor"). This work order contract is issued under the authority of Master Contract T-Number 18ASK, SWIFT Master Contract Number 137566, and is subject to all provisions of the master contract which is incorporated by reference. Wright County chooses Version 1 (Standard) in Exhibit B of the Master Contract regarding Indemnification.
