Supplier Quality Agreement – EK 25Quality Agreement • August 27th, 2020
This Agreement applies to all purchase agreements for production material and services between Benteler and Supplier (which could include design and development work provided by Supplier), whether now existing or entered into in the future. It specifies the quality requirements for all products and services that are specifically rendered and/or supplied to Benteler during the commercial relationship with Supplier. In the case of a conflict between provisions of any such purchase agreement and this Agreement, in regard to quality requirements, this Agreement shall prevail. However, nothing in this Agreement changes or limits Benteler’s rights under the purchase agreements in regard to Supplier’s warranty and liability for its products, material or services.
