The MOU relates to the construction of a multi-purpose sports complex at Matilda Hartley, the conveyance of Tom Fontaine Ball park to the Board of Education, and the purchase of Ed Defore Sports Complex subject to an agreed upon purchase price. Macon-Bibb wants to amend the MOU to keep the name of Ed Defore Sports Complex if the parties agree to a purchase and sale of the complex.
