In consideration for being permitted to attend, participate in and/or observe (collectively referred to herein as “my participation”) HRYC Family Center activities (the “Activities”) hosted, organized and sponsored by the Halifax River Yacht Club, and understanding the nature of the Activities and the related risks, I, on behalf of myself, and my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, do hereby irrevocably WAIVE, RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Halifax River and Yacht Club, and their officers, members and employees, (collectively referred to herein as the “Releasees”), from any and all claims, losses, injuries, costs, damages, demands, suits, causes of action or liability of any kind, for injury to or death of any person, or for damage to any property, arising out of, or in any way related to, my participation in the Activities (including any first aid or medical treatment provided), whether caused by the negligent acts or omissions of the Releasees, o
