THIS CONTRACT entered into this 1st day of July 2023 (effective date), is by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of State of California (COUNTY), and Action Alliance Foundation, a California nonprofit corporation, (CONTRACTOR). COUNTY and CONTRACTOR may sometimes be referred to herein individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.” This Contract shall be administered by the Director of the COUNTY’s Health Care Agency or an authorized designee (“ADMINISTRATOR”).
